How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Your order will be processed and dispatched within approximately 0-2 working days. See below for approximate shipping times in Australia, USA & New Zealand.

Australian Delivery times:
Sydney Metro - 1-2 business days, Melbourne & Brisbane Metro - 2 business days, Adelaide Metro - 3 business days, Perth & Darwin Metro - 4 business days and Tasmania - 4 business days. For all regional orders - the delivery time will take slightly longer depending on the state and region.

New Zealand Delivery times:
New Zealand orders are sent via Auspost/NZ Post and generally take 2-8 days to reach you. USA Delivery times:
USA orders are sent via Auspost/USPS and generally take 3-10 days to reach you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. If you wish to track the delivery of your order you can log into the Australia Post, NZ Post, USPS and enter your tracking number to find out exactly where you order is.

How much will postage cost?

Oxford offers FREE SHIPPING for orders over $75 within Australia and the USA. A flat fee of $10.00 is charged for shipping within Australia for all orders under $75. A flat fee of $20.00 applies to all NZ orders. We offer express shipping at a cost of $15 for Australia and $20 for USA.

Which courier company does Oxford use?

We deliver by Australia Post eParcel for Australian orders along with all NZ and USA orders. As a signature is required on delivery, we therefore recommend that you provide an attended address. Please note that eParcel also deliver to PO Boxes if this suits you. If using a work address, please be sure to include the business name. If no one is available to sign for the parcel a calling card will be left by your local postman to pick-up from your nearest post office within 10 working days.

Does Oxford offer international delivery?

We currently offer international delivery to most countries worldwide.

Can I change the address of my delivery?

You can change the address of your delivery if your order hasn’t been processed as yet. Please contact Oxford customer care ASAP if you wish to change your address and they can look up the status of your order and advise you if this is possible or not. Please note that if your order has already been processed and dispatched for delivery with Australia Post, change of address isn’t possible. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change your order if your order hasn’t been processed as yet. Please contact Oxford customer care ASAP if you wish to change your order and they can look up the status of your order and advise you if this is possible or not. The same does apply to cancellations, however our system requires the order to be processed and then refunded to you. Therefore you will still receive a shipping confirmation but the goods won’t be sent to you and the refund will be processed ASAP. Please note that if your order has already been processed and dispatched for delivery with Australia Post, changes or cancellations aren’t possible.

What is the policy on exchanges and refunds?

The policy on exchanges and refunds varies from online to in store so please refer to the correct policy details as below. ONLINE RETURN POLICY We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it's really important that you love your purchase from Oxford. If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, Oxford will gladly refund your item/s. *Please note - We are unable to exchange items via the online store. If you would like to change an item for a different size or colour, you'll need to place a new order as all returned items will automatically be refunded. However, you are more than welcome to exchange your items in store, see below for details regarding 'Exchange at a Store'. All apparel must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition (this includes all original tags and packaging). All footwear should be tried on a carpeted surface only before wear. The shoe box and other packaging must accompany the product on return. This does not mean you cannot try it on for size! Once the item/s have been received and reviewed, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card or Paypal account that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received and inspected by Oxford. Please allow 5-7 working days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. *Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

How can I return an item/s to Oxford Online?

If you would like to return an item, simply log in to your online account and select RETURN ITEMS. Follow the prompts to send your returns request. Once this is completed, you can then post your item back to us for a refund. Please return the item/items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds are processed within 5-7 days of Oxford online receiving the goods. We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address. How will I know Oxford has received my returned items?

Once your order has been received by Oxford and the refund has been processed, you will receive an email from online customer care, as well as a receipt direct from Oxford or Paypal.

Who pays for returns?

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for their return for change of mind. However, if you have been sent an incorrect item or it is faulty, Oxford will send you a returns parcel to send back to your item/s. Please note that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. We do not refund postage on change of mind returns. EXCHANGING AN ONLINE PURCHASE IN STORE Oxford will gladly exchange online purchases at any store, excluding outlets, within 14 days of purchase. The online receipt is required when making an exchange. Please note that Oxford stores cannot issue refunds for online purchases. Refunds can only be processed by the online store. If your item is faulty contact us on 02 9318 2211 or customer.care@oxfordshop.com.au and we will send you express post satchel for you to return the faulty item. Once the item has been received we will be happy to issue you with an exchange or full refund.

What currency does Oxford use?

All orders are charged in Australia Dollars @ oxfordshop.com.au. We also operate oxford.shop for USD pricing and oxfordshop.co.nz for NZD pricing. All other locations are $AUD pricing.

How do I use my gift voucher online?

I've forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?

- If you already have an Oxford account select LOG IN - At the Log In page select TROUBLE LOGGING IN - Enter your Surname and Email address and select RETREIVE PASSWORD

How secure is my credit card and personal information?

We strive to ensure that every credit card transaction occurs within a secure environment. The Oxford payment system has a 128-bit SSL security encryption certification awarded by VeriSign.You can see the transaction is secure if you see a key lock on your web browser. We do not hold your credit card information after your order is complete, as it is submitted directly to our banks. Rest assure that your credit card and bank account information is secure every time you make an order.

To find out your Oxford membership number you can either go into store and a friendly sales assistant will look this up for you or you can call or email Oxford customer care. Please note, the quickest way for Oxford staff to locate your membership number is by using your mobile number. How do I become an Oxford member?

You can become an Oxford member simply by visiting an Oxford store and signing up or alternatively, you can quickly and easily sign up on the Oxford website by following the below steps: - At the top of the page select LOG IN - Select REGISTER - Enter your details in to the form - Your membership is now complete

The Oxford online store has everything that is available in our physical stores. If you would like to enquire about an item you have seen in one of our stores but have not been able to find online, please contact Oxford customer care with the details of the items.
